Taylor Ferrell

Principal & Founder

Taylor Ferrell is the Principal and Founder of Southland Advantage.

Taylor has worked on campaigns for members of Congress and the Tennessee legislature. She has also worked for the Tennessee Republican Party and organized the Tennessee delegation to the Republican National Convention in 2012 and 2016.

She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Walker Ferrell

Partner

Walker has worked in Tennessee politics since 2006, helping conservative candidates and campaigns compete and win.

He has worked for members of the U.S. Congress, the Tennessee General Assembly, and campaign committees including the Tennessee Republican Party.

Walker and Taylor are entrepreneurs who have started successful businesses in politics, real estate, and graphic design.

Mary Evelyn Welch

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, Mary Evelyn helps ensure Southland’s clients are successful in their efforts—from event planning to meeting strategic goals.

She is an Auburn University graduate with a degree in Public Relations and is originally from Birmingham, Alabama.

Outside of work, Mary Evelyn enjoys painting, attending concerts, and learning to play the keyboard.
